Relationship Counselling

The aim of relationship counselling is to develop a greater level of insight, understanding and respect towards oneself and one’s partner so that communication, transparency and trust can be prioritised. Understanding the importance of assertiveness, boundary setting, empathy and understanding is key to this process.

An eclectic approach is utilised, factoring the different personality styles and presenting difficulties. Homework amongst the couples is a given and is reflected on in the session to facilitate a greater level of application to the therapy tools.

All couple sessions are 90 minutes over Zoom.
